Randstad, a global talent management company, released the 2026 edition of its Workmonitor study, revealing that 73 percent of Argentine workers prioritize a sense of community in their jobs.
The report also found that 27 percent of employees would consider leaving a position that fails to provide a feeling of belonging.
Randstad’s findings highlight the growing importance of emotional factors—often referred to as “emotional salary”—in employee satisfaction and retention within Argentina.
These results were reported by Comercio y Justicia, citing the Randstad Workmonitor 2026 study as the source of the data.
