Police Probe Death of Special Reserve Officer in Princes Town

PRINCES TOWN, Trinidad — Police have launched an investigation into the death of a Special Reserve Police Constable whose body was discovered at a residence along Julien Road, Princes Town, on Wednesday morning.

According to initial reports, the discovery was made around 10:20 a.m. by a relative, who found the officer at the back of the apartment. Police were contacted and responded to the scene shortly after.

The deceased has been identified as Keston Steele, who had approximately ten years of service in the Trinidad and Tobago Police Service and was last assigned to the St. Mary’s Police Station.
