PNM Calls for Local Government Nominations

The People’s National Movement (PNM) has announced a call for local government nominations in Trinidad and Tobago. This decision follows a General Council meeting held at Balisier House, Port of Spain. Party leader, Pennelope Beckles, has shared that the nomination process will begin with seats not currently held by the party. Starting February 23, 2026, interested individuals can access nomination packages. The party aims to strengthen local representation through this initiative and invites those interested in public service to participate. The announcement was confirmed by PNM General Secretary Foster Cummings.
