Pigeon Point Reopens as Jet Ski Tragedy Sparks Calls for Reform

Pigeon Point Heritage Park has reopened two days after the jet ski crash that killed seven-year-old Angelica Joey. While visitors returned, the tragedy has intensified calls for stronger marine safety rules, better enforcement, and possible restrictions on jet skis. Chief Secretary Farley Augustine is considering legal action against operators who breach marine park rules, while former Prime Minister Keith Rowley has called for a ban on jet skis near bathing beaches.
