All northbound lanes of U.S. Route 101 at the midspan of the Golden Gate Bridge in San Francisco are now open, according to a traffic update from 511 SF Bay. The reopening follows a period of partial closures that had been affecting northbound traffic. While the lanes are operational, the agency notes that residual delays remain in the area. Drivers are advised to allow additional travel time when passing through the bridge and surrounding roadway.
