Enterprise Police Chase Ends in Gunfire, One Arrest

A late-night police chase in Enterprise concluded with gunfire and the arrest of 30-year-old Joshua Thomas on Monday, 2nd March 2026. The pursuit began when Mr. Thomas, driving a heavily tinted white Volkswagen Jetta, refused to stop when signaled by officers on patrol. The chase ended on Alfonzo Street, with four men, including Thomas, exiting the vehicle. After an exchange of gunfire, three suspects fled into nearby terrain, whereas Thomas was apprehended on the scene. He was charged with possession of cocaine. A subsequent search recovered a firearm from the area. The investigation, led by PC Nurse, continues.
