A man from Diego Martin, aged 48, has been implicated in a case of cyber threats. He faces charges of making threats to kill and misuse of an electronic device, following an inquiry into threats made via social media against Senator Dr Amery Browne. The threats, discovered on November 19, 2025, were posted on the Senator’s personal Facebook page. The comments contained dangerous threats towards the senator and his children. The Senator confirmed he had no previous connection with the accused. The man later willingly turned himself in to the West End Police Station, where he was charged by W/Cpl Cobb of the Criminal Investigations Department.
