Kristinne Grigoryan, the Chief of the Foreign Intelligence Service of Armenia, has traveled to Azerbaijan to attend an international event. The visit was confirmed by Melanya Harutyunyan, the spokesperson for the Prime Minister of Armenia.
According to the official statement, Grigoryan is in Baku to participate in the 4th Baku Security Forum.
