Angostura has announced that consumers and retailers will enjoy reduced prices on its rum products for the Christmas season.
The move follows the Government’s recent increase in alcohol excise duties, which had pushed prices higher.
In a statement, the company said the lower prices took effect yesterday and will remain in place until December 31, 2025.
With the holidays drawing near, Angostura explained that the temporary price cut is intended to ease financial pressures on shoppers and to thank customers for their loyalty throughout the year.
The company also extended warm Christmas greetings to its partners and consumers, expressing optimism for a prosperous and uplifting year ahead.
