A fire destroyed La Querola, a €130 million residential complex in Ordino, Andorra.
The blaze broke out overnight on September 22, beginning at approximately 1:45 a.m. in one of the buildings and spreading rapidly through much of the complex.
La Querola is one of Andorra’s largest luxury developments and was designed by French architect Jean Nouvel.
The Andorran government reported that the fire affected the complex, though details on the full extent of the damage have not yet been released.
The project had attracted attention for its architectural significance and was a major investment in the region’s real‑estate market.
