Woman Lured, Beaten, and Sexually Assaulted in Arima; Investigation Ongoing

In a disturbing report from Arima, Trinidad and Tobago, a woman claims to have been lured to Mickey Trotman Savannah where she was brutally assaulted. The incident, which took place around 5:00 a.m. on Sunday 24th May, 2026, occurred along Pinto Road. The woman had allegedly gone to meet a man known to her as ‘Amos’ when the situation tragically escalated.

According to the victim’s account, she was dealt several blows about her face and body before being sexually assaulted against her will. Additionally, she was robbed of $60 in cash before the attacker disappeared from the scene. Following the assault, the woman was promptly taken for medical treatment.

In response to the report, Crime Scene Investigators from the Northern Division were dispatched to the site. They documented the scene extensively, capturing photographic evidence to aid the ongoing investigation.

As of now, the investigation is still in progress. The authorities are urging anyone with information related to the incident to come forward.
