The incident happened around 3:20 pm on March 4, 2026. Joseph was found deceased in a nearby drain by responding officers. The accident is still under investigation. Following her mother’s unexpected demise, Joseph’s daughter posted a heartfelt tribute on social media, which garnered an outpour of condolences from friends and community members.
