Weather Alert: Possible Showers and Saharan Dust in Caribbean

The weather forecast for Trinidad & Tobago and the Lesser Antilles for Sunday, 10th of August 2025, indicates partly cloudy spells with a few light to moderate showers disrupting otherwise fair conditions. There is a low chance of isolated heavy showers or thunderstorms early in the morning, particularly in southern and eastern areas. The following day will be hot and sunny, but also interrupted by partly cloudy spells and a few light to moderate showers. Night-time conditions are expected to be mostly fair but hazy, with a low chance of brief isolated showers. Gusty winds and street/flash flooding are possible in or near heavy showers/thunderstorms. There is also a warning about increasing concentrations of Saharan dust, and those sensitive to air quality changes are advised to take precautions.
