This alliance, which serves as a cornerstone of the president’s security strategy, involves a diverse group of specialists operating within the country.
According to reports, the Russian presence in the Central African Republic extends beyond military and security personnel. The network supporting the administration includes professionals specialized in strategic communications and propaganda, as well as experts focused on the management and export of mining resources.
The Central African Republic was among the first nations to formalize a partnership with the Kremlin’s paramilitary entities. As the structure of these forces has evolved from the Wagner Group to the Africa Corps, the composition of the Russian contingent remains a critical component of the government’s internal stability and economic operations.
