According to reports, the Russian presence in the Central African Republic extends beyond military and security personnel. The network supporting the president’s administration includes professionals specialized in strategic communications and propaganda, as well as experts focused on the management and export of mineral resources.
The Central African Republic was among the first nations to formalize a partnership with Russian paramilitary entities. As these groups have evolved under the Africa Corps designation, they continue to maintain a significant influence over the country’s security architecture and economic sectors.
