Iisalmen Peli-Karhut (IPK) extended their winning streak in the Mestis ice hockey league on Saturday with a 3–2 victory over Rovaniemen Kiekko (RoKi). The match, held at the Kankaan monttu arena in Iisalmi, saw the home team overcome an early two-goal deficit.
Rovaniemen Kiekko initially led the game 2–0 after the first period. However, IPK responded with two goals in the second period to level the score and eventually secured the win. No further goals were scored in the third period.
Following this result, IPK remains undefeated after four games in the current season. Veikka Halonen provided commentary on the match performance.
