In a shocking incident, a 39-year-old vendor, Kennedy Brown, was brutally attacked with cutlasses near Stanleyville junction in Ste Madeleine. The event took place around 8:30 p.m. on April 23, 2026, when Brown was returning home and was initially attacked by a dog. Attempts to resolve the issue with the dog’s owner, identified only as ‘Daniel’, and his father ‘Chiney’, quickly spiraled into a heated argument.
