A silver Nissan Tiida was stolen on Wednesday night in St Clair while parked on Broome Street. The owner discovered the car missing when he returned around midnight. According to police, US $5,000, along with the owner’s bank cards and driving permit, were inside the vehicle at the time of the theft. A report was filed and the car was later found on Second Avenue, Cascade by the Port of Spain CID and the Emergency Response Patrol. Despite recovering the vehicle, the man’s cash, bank cards, and driving permit are still missing.
