There is an urgent call for public assistance in the search for 19-year-old Jaishree Chelsea Rampersad, who has gone missing from the Couva area of Trinidad. Rampersad was last seen leaving work around 5:30 PM on an undisclosed date. She was wearing black long jeans and a black and white T-shirt, and was seen entering a taxi. Efforts to contact her via phone have proven futile. The Trinidad and Tobago Police is pleading with the public to share any information they might have about her whereabouts. Tips can be submitted anonymously to Crime Stoppers at 800-TIPS (800-8477). The young woman’s family is desperate for any information that could lead to her safe return home.
