Unified Spending Arrangement allocates NOC operating budget of LD 13 billion – Chairman Masoud

National Oil Corporation Chairman Masoud Suleiman has announced that the Unified Spending Arrangement has allocated an operating budget of 13 billion Libyan dinars to the NOC. This development is related to the Unified Development Agreement and the oil sector’s operating budget. According to Chairman Suleiman, the allocated budget is intended for the corporation’s operational expenses.
