U.S. Marine Inspires Students on Value of Service

Gunnery Sergeant Jeremiah Wallace of the 22nd Marine Expeditionary Unit (MEU) recently paid a visit to Tranquility Secondary School and Mucurapo East Secondary School. During his visit, he joined forces with the Oral Tradition ROOTS Foundation TT to engage students in discussions about their future and the significance of service. Throughout these sessions, Wallace emphasized the need for students to remain determined, overcome obstacles, and chase meaningful objectives. He further underscored the necessity of making positive contributions to their local communities and the global stage.
