Rwanda to Host CECAFA for Two More Years
The Council for East and Central Africa Football Associations (CECAFA) has announced that Rwanda will host the CECAFA Kagame Cup for two more years. This decision was made after the successful organization of the tournament in Kigali this year. According to sources, Rwanda has been given the opportunity to host the tournament again due to its excellent hosting of the event.
The CECAFA governing body has reportedly expressed satisfaction with the way Rwanda organized the tournament, prompting them to offer the country the chance to host it for an additional two years. The decision is seen as a vote of confidence in Rwanda’s ability to successfully host regional football tournaments.
