**Two Indonesian Nationals Killed, Four Foreign Nationals Injured in Early‑Morning Collision on Timehri Public Road**

*Georgetown, Guyana – August 29, 2026* – A three‑vehicle crash on the Timehri Public Road in East Bank Demerara resulted in the deaths of two Indonesian nationals and injuries to four other foreign nationals early Friday morning.

According to the Guyana Police Force, the collision occurred at approximately 03:51 a.m. on Friday, August 28. The vehicles involved were a motor lorry bearing the registration GAJ 3074 and two minibuses identified as BAH 6588 and BAF 1135.

Emergency responders transported the injured parties to nearby medical facilities for treatment. The identities and nationalities of the four injured foreign nationals have not been disclosed.

Police investigations are ongoing to determine the cause of the crash. No further details have been released at this time.
