Two Dead in Early Morning Car Accident on Uriah Butler Highway

Two persons lost their lives early Sunday morning when their black Hyundai Elantra crashed into a lamp post along the Uriah Butler Highway in Caroni. The accident occurred around 6:00 am, leading to a swift response from emergency services.
The deceased have been identified as Ronnie Latchman and 24-year-old Jordan Franklyn, a resident of Southern Main Road, Caroni. Their families are mourning the loss as investigations into the accident continue.
In addition to the fatalities, two others were injured in the crash. Renesha Joseph from Malick, Barataria, was hospitalized along with another unidentified individual. Authorities are urging drivers to exercise caution on the roads, especially during early morning hours.
