The Transit and Land Transportation Authority (ATTT) has issued fines to two public transportation bus drivers following an incident in Panama East. Each driver was penalized $2,500 after they were observed racing their vehicles.
The regulatory action follows reports of the drivers engaging in reckless behavior on the road. The ATTT confirmed the fines as part of its enforcement efforts to maintain safety standards for public transit operations.
