On September 27, the 2025 Secondary Schools Football League (SSFL) premier division will feature six matches across Trinidad and Tobago, with all games set to kick off at 3:30 PM, except for the match between St Benedict’s College and Scarborough Secondary, which will start at 3 PM at Mahaica Oval in Point Fortin.

Two matches have been postponed: Signal Hill Secondary’s game against St Augustine Secondary and Naparima College’s away match against San Juan North Secondary. Naparima’s manager, Percy Samlalsingh, confirmed that their match will now take place on October 25.

Currently, Naparima College leads the league table with a perfect 12 points from four matches. Their absence from this match day allows other teams in the top five to potentially close the gap or take the lead.

St Benedict’s College, last year’s national intercol champions, has struggled this season, losing their last two matches against reigning champions Fatima College and Presentation College (San Fernando).
