The Honourable Kamla Persad-Bissessar, Prime Minister of the Republic of Trinidad and Tobago, has returned home after participating in the Shield of the Americas Summit held in the United States. Upon her arrival, she was warmly greeted by Acting Prime Minister and Minister of Works and Infrastructure, The Honourable Jearlean John, and other Cabinet members who gathered to welcome her back.
