Denise Belfon, a well‑known Trinidadian entertainer, has issued a public plea for help locating her ex‑husband, Dexter Joseph, who has been missing since Thursday morning.
Joseph, who suffers from dementia, was admitted to Eric William’s Medical Sciences Complex in Mt. Hope after experiencing two seizures. His condition has made him vulnerable, and his disappearance has raised urgent concerns.
Belfon’s daughter visited Joseph at approximately 7 am on Thursday, noting that he appeared disoriented. She promised to return after work, but when she came back he was nowhere to be found. Efforts to locate him at his home proved futile.
Belfon says the daughter was shown discharge papers that she had not authorized, and that only she and the daughter have permission to discharge Joseph from the hospital. The lack of official confirmation has left the case in a state of uncertainty.
Those with any information are urged to call 868 322 6551 or reach out to Belfon via direct message. As of now, Joseph’s whereabouts and condition remain unknown, and the public’s assistance is crucial to locating him.
