In a major effort to revitalize Trinidad and Tobago’s coconut industry, over 150 coconut farmers have eagerly participated. This initiative, which is the largest in decades, was launched by the Ministry of Agriculture and Fisheries. The ministry started the distribution of thousands of high-yield Brazilian green dwarf seedlings. The planting material is anticipated to considerably boost production and open up significant export possibilities.
