A US appeals court has rejected the immunity claims of tech companies Meta, Google, and TikTok in relation to lawsuits alleging addiction.
Additionally, the court denied a request by Meta to postpone a trial in a lawsuit filed by 19 states, which is set to begin on Wednesday in a federal court in Oakland.
