In a Facebook Reel, Melina Roopnarain said, “Trinidad Airport is one of the most disappointing airports I have ever seen,” contrasting it with Antigua Airport, which she called beautiful. She credited the Prime Minister of Antigua and Barbuda, whom she referred to as the “World Boss,” for investing in the airport’s appearance. “He’s truly put in some money to make things look attractive,” she said, while insisting her comments were constructive criticism, not bashing.
Roopnarain also shared a past travel ordeal in St. Kitts, where she was delayed for seven hours and complained about having to spend her own money on food because only crackers were provided.
