NetOnNet has announced a recall of its Andersson GSH 3.2 Wi‑Fi 2000 W convection oven, citing a risk of short‑circuiting and fire. The recall covers a total of 4 233 units sold in Norway, of which 3 376 were purchased from NetOnNet and 857 from Komplett. According to NetOnNet’s communications manager, Caroline Folkesson, the company has received 15 customer complaints about the oven’s safety. “The recall applies to all companies within the Komplett Group that have sold the product,” she wrote in an email to VG. The affected ovens carry the article number 1003778, as listed on NetOnNet’s website. Customers are advised to stop using the oven immediately and to dispose of it as electronic waste at a nearby authorized collection point. NetOnNet offers affected buyers the choice of a full refund or a replacement with an Adax Neo Wi‑Fi 1000 W H10 KWT in white. Customers should contact NetOnNet’s customer service to indicate their preferred resolution.
