Taxi Robbery Leads to Two Arrests

On August 28th, 2025, a robbery took place involving a taxi driver and three men. The incident occurred when the driver, operating his registered taxi, picked up the men who later announced a robbery. Claiming to be armed, the men forced the driver out of the vehicle and proceeded to steal it. The victim reported the incident to the police, leading to an all-points bulletin being issued by the Northern Division Command Centre. Following the bulletin, two men, aged 23 and 25, were arrested and the stolen vehicle was recovered. The investigation into the incident is ongoing.
