Taken to hospital after fall

A man was taken to hospital after a fall in Grundarfjörður, Iceland. An Icelandic Coast Guard helicopter was dispatched to the scene shortly after 5 a.m. The helicopter then landed at Landspítali hospital in Fossvogur, where the man received medical care, arriving at approximately 7 a.m. The circumstances surrounding the accident and the man’s condition have not been disclosed.
