Syphifted shares her approach to keeping unwanted attention strictly professional.

Female Entrepreneur Shares How She Handles ‘Thirsty’ Men While Doing Business
Content creator and entrepreneur Francesca Dwarika, known online as Syphifted, has sparked conversation after sharing her approach to dealing with men who show personal or romantic interest while interacting with her professionally.
In the video, Dwarika speaks candidly about an experience many women may encounter while conducting business: trying to determine whether someone is genuinely interested in their work or using a business interaction as an opportunity to pursue them personally.
She explains that being friendly, approachable or professional can sometimes be interpreted differently by the person on the other side of the interaction.
Rather than allowing those situations to derail the business conversation, Dwarika says she has learned to establish boundaries and redirect the interaction back toward work.
Her message centres on recognising when a conversation begins moving away from its original professional purpose and being comfortable bringing it back.
The discussion also highlights a wider challenge faced by some female entrepreneurs, particularly those who market themselves or their businesses through social media. Online platforms often place the individual behind a brand directly in front of customers, followers and potential clients, sometimes making the line between professional and personal interaction less clear.
For Dwarika, however, the solution appears relatively straightforward: remain professional, recognise the intention behind the interaction and make the boundaries clear.
