SWI becomes an NVIDIA Cloud Partner (NCP)

**SWI Group Joins NVIDIA Cloud Partner Program as Preferred Partner**

*Amsterdam, 31 August 2026* – SWI Group (Euronext Amsterdam: SWICH), an investment firm that manages 3.6 GW of power capacity across Europe and the United States, announced that it has been accepted into the NVIDIA Cloud Partner (NCP) program as a Preferred Partner.

The NVIDIA Partner Network provides members with access to NVIDIA reference architectures and validated configurations, enabling the deployment of NVIDIA‑certified capacity as the platform expands. As a Preferred Partner, SWI Group will be able to install NVIDIA‑accelerated computing infrastructure for a range of artificial‑intelligence (AI) workloads, including model training, fine‑tuning, production‑scale inference and agentic AI. The company’s competencies, certified by NVIDIA, cover compute, networking and enterprise software, indicating an intention to operate as a vertically integrated compute provider that installs the latest NVIDIA GPUs in its own data‑center facilities and runs an AI cloud platform on NVIDIA AI Enterprise software.

“SWI Group takes another step in its journey to becoming a fully vertically integrated global AI player: first came land, power, shell; now chips, tokens and applications. Our collaboration with NVIDIA will help us establish a strong position in Europe, the US and beyond,” said Max‑Hervé George, founder and chief executive officer of SWI Group.

In recent months, SWI Group has expanded its data‑center footprint. The firm acquired a majority stake in Genesis Digital Assets—now operating as SWI Digital—a 1.3 GW data‑center company that serves as its primary presence in the United States. In Europe, SWI Group has built the AiOnX portfolio, comprising 2.3 GW of capacity across Ireland, the United Kingdom, Spain, Denmark and Italy; one of the sites has been leased to a hyperscaler tenant.

The group also disclosed that Varia US, a company managed by SWI, has entered into a joint venture with Brookfield Asset Management valued at US $693.9 million.

SWI Group, formed through the merger of Icona and Stoneweg, invests its own capital in digital infrastructure, real estate and other private‑market opportunities, combining an entrepreneurial approach with institutional discipline. Further information about the company is available at www.swi.com.
