Street Flooding Report in Penal, Trinidad

Heavy rainfall in southwestern Trinidad has led to ongoing street flooding on Batchyia Trace in Penal. The rainfall is a result of moisture and instability brought by Invest #99L and its effect on the prevailing winds. Isolated thunderstorms are occurring across southern and western parts of Trinidad and off the eastern coast of Tobago, with activity moving from northeast to southwest. Residents should remain cautious as gusty winds and further flooding are possible.
