Thailand secured the gold medal in the men’s doubles teqball competition at the 20th Asian Games in Aichi-Nagoya, Japan, on September 20, 2026. The winning pair consisted of Sorrasak Thaosiri and Jirati Chanliang.

The silver medal was awarded to the Lebanese team of Ahmad Kassem Arabi and Mohamad Hafez. Bronze medals were shared by the Iraqi duo of Abdulrahman Ahmed Radhi Radhi and Ali Jalil Mezher Alelayawi, alongside the Kuwaiti team of Basel Ahmad and Abdulwahab Alqattan.

The medalists were honored during an official awarding ceremony held in Nagoya following the conclusion of the event.
