Cross-border commuters on the Nancy-Metz-Luxembourg line now have a new way to stay informed. SNCF Voyageurs launched a dedicated WhatsApp channel on June 23, 2026, delivering real-time train updates directly to passengers’ smartphones. The service aims to make travel information faster and more accessible, especially during disruptions. Alerts include service changes, works calendars, and alternative routes. The channel operates Monday to Friday from 6:15 AM to 8:15 PM, with messages in text, photo, or infographic format. Users can also ask questions about the line. To join, simply click the link and add the channel.
