On July 25th, a significant change took place in the Tobago House of Assembly. The oath of office was taken, and the instrument of appointment was received by a new Secretary from Her Excellency Christine Carla Kangaloo, ORTT, President of the Republic of Trinidad and Tobago. From Monday 28th July, 2025, Hon. Farley Chavez Augustine, the Chief Secretary of the Tobago House of Assembly, will assign Assemblyman Clarke to serve as Secretary of the Division of Community Development, Youth Development and Sport. Clarke has previously served as Assistant Secretary in the same Division. In a parallel move, Assemblyman Megan Morrison, Assistant Secretary in the Division of Health, Wellness and Social Protection, has been reassigned to the Division of Community Development, Youth Development and Sport as Assistant Secretary. The OCS congratulates Assemblyman Clarke on his new appointment and appreciates Assemblyman Morrison’s continued service in her new role.
