**Siemens Ultra Low Floor Recognized as World’s Lowest-Floor Tram**
The Ultra Low Floor (ULF) tram, manufactured by a consortium of Siemens and ELIN, holds the distinction of having the lowest floor-height of any similar vehicle in the world.
Operating in Vienna, Austria, and Oradea, Romania, the ULF tram is designed with a floor height of approximately 20 centimeters above the road surface, making it level with the pavement to facilitate boarding.
