There’s growing concern for two sailors from Trinidad and Tobago who are still missing after their fishing boat didn’t arrive at its scheduled destination in Saint Vincent and the Grenadines. The sailors, Alvin Morgan and Damien Reece, were aboard the 29-foot pirogue, Kampai, which set off from Waterloo and made a stop in Buccoo for refueling. The boat was supposed to leave Tobago around 1:30 p.m. last Monday, with an estimated arrival time at Union Island between 5 p.m. and 6 p.m. However, it failed to reach its destination. Despite more than a week passing, the whereabouts of the two men remain uncertain as the search efforts persist.
