On September 7th, 2025, tragedy struck La Canoa Road in Santa Cruz. Our community lost a familiar face, Dwayne O’Connell, who was fatally shot at Laventille Road in San Juan. O’Connell, a PH taxi driver, was targeted while inside his white wagon. At this time, details surrounding the incident are still developing, with more information expected to be released soon.
