A man from Santa Cruz was arrested after a swift police response to a robbery at KFC El Dorado on Monday morning. The suspect, identified as Raheem Philbert, was spotted entering a red-band maxi taxi following the robbery. He was intercepted by officers, which led him to flee on foot, discarding an apparent firearm during the chase. Upon his capture, police recovered a bag containing cash, a deposit bag, and a backpack with various items.
