Andorran runner Samu Ponce secured the bronze medal in the Ultra distance category at the World Mountain Running Championships held in La Gomera, Canary Islands.
Representing the Federacio Andorrana de Muntanyisme (FAM), Ponce completed the race with a time of 6:21:40. Throughout the competition, he maintained a position within the lead group, ultimately finishing in third place to earn a spot on the podium.
