**Russia Announces 72-Hour Suspension of Airstrikes on Kyiv**
Russia has announced a three-day suspension of airstrikes against the Ukrainian capital, Kyiv.
Kremlin spokesperson Dmitry Peskov stated that President Vladimir Putin ordered the 72-hour pause in military operations targeting the city. The announcement coincides with the arrival of American negotiators in Moscow, who are reportedly engaged in renewed efforts to seek a resolution to the ongoing conflict in Ukraine.
The suspension of strikes is scheduled to last for three days, according to the Kremlin.
