Rowley Appeals Goat Farm Dispute to Privy Council Amid Ongoing Land Issues

Former Prime Minister Dr. Keith Rowley has brought his land dispute case concerning the Mason Hall goat farm to the UK-based Judicial Committee of the Privy Council. This long-standing issue centers around a 56.5-acre parcel of land located at Alma Estate. The case was heard on July 3 by Law Lords, including Michael Townley Featherstone Briggs, Hamblen, Burrows, Richards, and Lady Rose. The respondents in this matter are attorneys Christo and Joycelyn Gift. A ruling from the Privy Council is anticipated within the next month, which could bring clarity to this ongoing dispute.
