The Rotary Club of Garden City has taken a proactive step towards environmental stewardship by installing six garbage bins and a Peace Pole at the Kingston Foreshore jetty. This initiative not only addresses waste management but also serves as a symbol of peace and unity within the community. The installation reflects the club’s commitment to fostering a cleaner environment while promoting a message of solidarity among residents. Local authorities and community members alike are expected to rally behind this initiative, encouraging responsible waste disposal and highlighting the importance of communal efforts towards sustainability.
