A Request for Expressions of Interest (REOI) has been issued for consulting services to be procured through a Quality and Cost-Based Selection process.
Interested parties are required to submit their expressions of interest exclusively through the designated Procurement Portal. All submissions must be completed no later than 3:00 p.m. Atlantic Standard Time on September 18, 2026. Submissions must be provided in English.
