KFC customers in Trinidad and Tobago are facing higher prices on several popular menu items, according to a price list being circulated showing increases across chicken meals, sandwiches and combo deals.
Among the most significant changes shown is the Mega 12, which reportedly increased from $209 to $219, a $10 jump. The Mega 6 moved from $119 to $122, while the Mega 8 increased from $155 to $159 and the Mega 10 from $185 to $189.
Smaller meals and individual menu options have also reportedly been affected.
The Munch Pack moved from $22.95 to $23.95, while the Supa Deal increased from $29.95 to $30.95. The Big Deal reportedly rose from $39.95 to $40.95.
Sandwich lovers are also seeing increases. According to the circulated prices, both the Cruncher Sandwich and Zinger Sandwich moved from $29.95 to $30.95.
Customers purchasing combos face slightly larger increases, with the Cruncher Combo and Zinger Combo reportedly moving from $39.95 to $41.95, an increase of $2.
While most of the increases range between $1 and $4, the $10 increase on the Mega 12 is likely to stand out for customers purchasing larger meals for families or groups.
The increases come at a time when the cost of food remains a major concern for households, with even relatively small adjustments adding up for consumers who regularly purchase fast food.
The circulated price list has already attracted attention online, particularly because KFC remains one of the country’s most popular fast-food brands.
